Tarik practices from a solution and strength-based approach. His goal using psychotherapy is to improve an individual/couples well-being and mental health, to resolve or mitigate troublesome behaviours, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and to improve relationships and social skills.
Working with the client, Tarik supports interventions to treat specific problems related to mental health stresses and disorders. He assists clients in finding and practising effective strategies to address the identified goals and decrease symptoms to improve the client's overall happiness and well-being.
